The Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Loss Prevention Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in identifying, analysing, and helping prevent loss across the business. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong analytical skills and a keen eye for inconsistencies or risks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse data to identify trends and irregularities related to loss or shrinkage
- Prepare regular reports for senior management
- Work closely with other departments to recommend and implement preventative strategies
- Monitor systems and processes for compliance and efficiency
- Support investigations into loss incidents where required
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis tools)
- Strong computer literacy and comfort with various business software
- Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in retail, logistics, or security is a plus
