Quant Talent Acquisition Partner

We are partnering with a leading global quantitative investment platform to appoint a Quant Talent Acquisition Partner to support continued growth across APAC.

This is a rare opportunity to sit directly within a highly sophisticated, research-driven environment, partnering closely with senior leaders across Quantitative Research, Trading, and Technology. The role combines deep market engagement, hands-on execution, and trusted advisory partnership.

The Role

As a Quant Talent Acquisition Partner, you will act as a strategic hiring partner to the business, owning end-to-end recruitment for highly specialised quantitative profiles. You will be expected to operate with a high degree of autonomy, discretion, and commercial awareness in a fast-paced but intellectually rigorous setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with senior stakeholders across Quant Research, Trading, and Technology to deliver critical hiring across APAC
• Lead proactive market mapping and search execution for niche quantitative skill sets
• Build and maintain long-term relationships within the global quant community
• Provide market intelligence, talent insights, and competitor benchmarking to the business
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from role scoping through offer and onboarding
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience while maintaining a consistently high hiring bar

What We Are Looking For

• Proven experience recruiting quantitative researchers, traders, or advanced technical profiles
• Background from a buy-side in-house TA team or a specialist search firm focused on quant markets
• Strong understanding of quantitative investment environments and talent dynamics
• Comfortable partnering with senior, highly analytical stakeholders
• Hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to operate with discretion and judgement
