Senior HR Analyst | 12-Month FTC (with potential to go perm) | £65,000
We are partnering with an international energy business formed as a joint venture between two major global organisations. Having only been established in recent years, the company is undergoing significant transformation and growth, with approximately 600 employees globally and a strong focus on building and enhancing its people infrastructure, systems and processes.
We are looking for an experienced HR Analytics / People Analytics professional with strong SAP SuccessFactors, advanced Excel, and ideally Power BI expertise. You will have a proven track record in HR reporting, dashboard development, workforce analytics, data quality and process improvement, with the ability to support a global HR transformation programme and translate complex people data into meaningful business insights.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join the business during a period of significant change, playing a key role in embedding SuccessFactors, developing reporting capability and helping HR leaders make data-driven decisions across a global workforce. Reporting to the HR Transformation Lead, you will act as the subject matter expert for people data, analytics and reporting, supporting a range of HR functions including talent, performance, recruitment and reward.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead HR reporting and analytics activity across the organisation.
- Support the implementation and embedding of SAP SuccessFactors.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions.
- Analyse workforce data and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Produce reporting across talent, performance, recruitment, reward and broader people metrics.
- Drive improvements in data quality, governance and reporting processes.
- Identify trends and opportunities through detailed people data analysis.
- Support ongoing HR transformation and process optimisation initiatives.
About You
- Previous experience within a HR Analyst, HRIS Analyst or People Analytics role.
- Strong SAP SuccessFactors experience is essential.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with Power BI and/or Tableau is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience creating dashboards and management reporting.
- Comfortable working independently and owning the analytics agenda.
- Ability to engage with HR stakeholders and understand business reporting requirements.
