Senior Technical Recruiter

Join our team as a Senior Technical Recruiter and play a critical role in building the team that is creating the world's most advanced metal 3D printing technology. You will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, collaborating with teammates on employer branding strategies, and analyzing data to improve hiring practices. Missions

• Sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top talent for various technical positions.
• Collaborating with teammates and company leadership to improve the recruiting process and drive innovation.
• Expanding talent acquisition efforts through outreach events, employer branding, and networking.

Profil recherché

- 5+ years of technical recruiting experience in software, machine learning, mechanical, electrical, similar deep-tech engineering discipline

- In-house recruiting experience

- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or 4+ years of professional experience as a recruiter in lieu of a degree

- 8+ years of technical recruiting experience

- Experience with executive search or similar low-volume, hard-to-fill roles

- Experience with pitching equity or stock options during the offer process

- Experience recruiting for a startup or deep tech environment

- Extreme grit and perseverance. Unwilling to fail and positive in the face of challenges

- Able to operate in a scrappy way, producing results without big budgets or mature infrastructures

- Comfortable interfacing directly with hiring managers including Director, VP, and C-level technical leaders

- Able to manage multiple on-going projects/searches, flexible to change, and adaptable to shifting priorities

- Exceptional teammate who wants to see the rising tide lift all boats

- High tolerance for uncertainty and “building the plane as we fly it”

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
