Key Responsibilities:

1. Record and maintain daily production data (e.g., output, downtime, defects)

2. Prepare and update production reports such as OEE, yield, and performance tracking

3. Manage and organize production documents, including SOPs and work instructions

4. Assist in monitoring inventory, materials, and production schedules

5. Support compliance activities, audits, and documentation control

6. Coordinate with production, maintenance, and engineering teams for daily operations

7. Maintain equipment logs and production records

8. Provide administrative support for production projects and process improvements
