We are seeking a Business Development Executive to join our team. The role involves building high-value relationships and driving revenue growth across Africa. You will work on-site in Pretoria, collaborating with senior stakeholders to identify and secure institutional and corporate accounts.

Key responsibilities

  • Proactively source, qualify, and close high-value institutional and corporate accounts across Africa.

  • Build scalable sales pipelines and achieve new sales and earned revenue targets.

  • Drive retention, adoption, and expansion across assigned clients.

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to support market expansion and revenue growth.

  • Effectively define client business problems and translate them into commercial opportunities.

  • Coordinate the preparation and timely delivery of client proposals.

Required qualifications

  • Proven business development and sales experience in a B2B environment.

  • Strong client acquisition and new business development capability.

  • Experience managing high-value institutional and corporate accounts.

  • Strong account management and relationship-management skills.

  • Excellent negotiation and proposal-development skills.

  • Strong leadership and team-management capabilities.

Nice to have

  • Experience in African markets.

  • Strong strategic planning and account-planning capabilities.
