About the Role
We are looking for QA Engineers with strong software testing expertise to support high-volume engineering evaluation work.
In this role, you will apply your quality assurance experience to review, evaluate, and improve the quality of technical outputs. You will draw on strong QA fundamentals, testing experience, and prior experience working with human data workflows to assess technical work against defined quality standards.

What You’ll Do
Test Design & Execution
- Design and execute test cases covering functional, regression, and edge-case scenarios.
- Perform both manual and automated testing.
- Document testing results with clear, detailed, and reproducible steps.
- Apply established QA principles to assess technical outputs and identify quality issues.
Bug Identification & Tracking
- Identify bugs, defects, and other quality issues.
- Log and track bugs using structured reporting processes.
- Clearly document findings so issues can be understood, reproduced, and evaluated.
- Apply strong attention to detail when reviewing technical outputs.
Technical Output Evaluation
- Evaluate and rate technical outputs against defined quality criteria and rubrics.
- Assess outputs consistently against established standards.
- Provide detailed written feedback and annotations that can be used to improve output quality.
- Identify areas where technical outputs do not meet the required quality criteria.
Collaboration & Quality Standards
- Collaborate with project teams to refine evaluation guidelines.
- Contribute to improving testing standards and evaluation processes.
- Communicate technical findings clearly through written reports and verbal discussions.
- Support consistent, high-quality evaluation across engineering workflows.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven professional experience as a QA Engineer, SDET, Test Engineer, or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of QA fundamentals, including: Test case design
- Bug tracking
- Regression testing
- Manual testing
- Automated testing
- Expertise with test case design, bug tracking systems, and test management tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to communicate complex findings clearly through written reports and verbal discussions.
