About the Role
We are seeking experienced quantitative analysts and quantitative researchers to contribute expert-level evaluation and training data for advanced AI systems.
In this role, you will apply your quantitative finance expertise to review, create, and rank quantitative finance content designed to help AI models understand how real-world quantitative work is performed.
You will evaluate AI-generated work across derivatives pricing, time-series analysis, portfolio construction, and risk modeling, assessing mathematical rigor and technical quality. You will also create expert demonstrations based on your own professional practice.
The work is fully remote and asynchronous, allowing you to choose when and how much you work.
What You’ll Do
- Evaluate AI-generated quantitative analysis for mathematical and technical rigor.
- Review model-generated work involving: Derivatives pricing
- Time-series analysis
- Portfolio construction
- Risk modeling
- Identify mathematical errors, methodological weaknesses, and technical inconsistencies.
- Create expert demonstrations showing professional approaches to quantitative finance workflows.
- Develop demonstrations based on your own experience in quantitative research, trading, or risk modeling.
- Rank and label model responses against established quantitative best practices.
- Assess whether AI-generated analysis demonstrates sound quantitative reasoning.
- Provide clear and structured evaluations of model responses.

Required Qualifications
- Advanced degree in mathematics, statistics, physics, computer science, quantitative finance, or equivalent professional experience.
- 2+ years of experience in quantitative research, trading, or risk modeling.
- Fluency with Python, R, or C++ for quantitative work.
- Strong mathematical and analytical reasoning skills.
- Ability to evaluate quantitative analysis for technical accuracy and rigor.
- Ability to clearly communicate quantitative reasoning and evaluation decisions.

- Buy-side or sell-side experience, including: Hedge funds
- Proprietary trading
- Investment banks
- CFA charter or FRM certification.
- Published quantitative research.
- Open-source quantitative work.
