In this role, you will contribute to a writing-intensive project focused on analyzing business scenarios, evaluating evidence, synthesizing complex information, and producing clear, well-organized written deliverables.
Your professional judgment and real-world expertise will contribute to training and evaluating next-generation AI systems through high-quality professional input.
No prior AI experience is required. Your domain expertise is what matters.
This opportunity is particularly suited to professionals with experience in business case development, research reporting, requirements gathering, process documentation, operations management, or related analytical work.
What You’ll Do
Business Analysis & Decision-Making
- Analyze complex business scenarios and articulate decision rationales clearly.
- Evaluate trade-offs, outcomes, and the reasoning behind business decisions.
- Translate complex business situations into clear, accessible written analysis.
Research & Data Analysis
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative research to inform process improvements and operational strategies.
- Gather, interpret, and synthesize information from multiple sources.
- Evaluate and communicate multi-source datasets.
- Leverage tools such as Excel or SQL where relevant.
Requirements & Stakeholder Analysis
- Gather and interpret business requirements.
- Synthesize stakeholder perspectives into actionable findings and recommendations.
- Communicate with project stakeholders through written channels to clarify objectives and refine deliverables.
Process Improvement & Operations
- Apply research and analysis to process improvement initiatives.
- Contribute insights that support operational strategies.
- Evaluate business processes and document relevant findings.
Reports, Memos & Documentation
- Draft comprehensive reports, memos, and other business documentation.
- Distill complex findings into clear, structured content for varied audiences.
- Produce well-organized written deliverables that demonstrate sound professional reasoning.
Analytical Communication
- Communicate complex information with clarity and precision.
- Provide thoughtful, analytical written content based on real-world professional expertise.

- Proven experience producing written deliverables such as business cases, research reports, requirements documents, or process documentation.
- Advanced proficiency with analytical tools such as Excel, SQL, or similar tools, together with strong data interpretation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize, structure, and communicate complex information with clarity and precision.
- Excellent written English, including professional and analytical writing for diverse audiences.
- Background with leading universities, highly regarded organizations, or significant project accomplishments.
- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies and stakeholder communication best practices.
