Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and distribution of internal communications, announcements, and newsletters.
• Design visual communication materials, including posters, flyers, presentations, infographics, and digital content.
• Support the maintenance and updating of communication boards, digital displays, intranet content, and internal communication channels.
• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, corporate events, and internal campaigns.
• Create content for internal communication platforms and corporate social media channels as required.
• Capture and edit photographs and videos during company events and activities.
• Support employee surveys related to engagement, culture, and communication effectiveness.
• Monitor communication campaign performance and prepare basic reports and metrics.
• Maintain communication records, databases, and documentation.
• Provide administrative support for communication and HR-related projects.

Qualifications:

Active student pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in:

• Communication Sciences
• Organizational Communication
• Marketing
• Public Relations
• Graphic Design
• Or a related field
