Team Assistant (f,m,d) - Fixed-Term Contract for Two Years

Responsibilities:

• Provide organizational and administrative support to the team, including scheduling appointments, coordinating office supplies, and managing filing systems.
• Manage and track investment-related activities, including documentation and approval processes.
• Provide administrative support for patent management activities.
• Monitor and process the department’s central email inbox and coordinate incoming requests.
• Support purchasing processes, invoice processing, and SAP account assignments, while also serving as a backup for other team members as required.

Qualifications:

• Successfully completed commercial/business vocational training or a comparable qualification.
• Previous professional experience in an assistant, administrative, or clerical role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; SAP knowledge is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills with a structured, accurate, and self-reliant approach to work.
• Service-oriented team player with excellent organizational and coordination abilities.
• Professional and friendly demeanor, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
