Role Purpose
Support the team in preparing for the upcoming office relocation by digitising, organising and cleaning up and storing physical and electronic records to ensure information is properly filed, accessible and retained in accordance with company requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Scan and digitise physical documents and records.
- Organise, rename and file digital documents using agreed folder structures and naming conventions.
- Review existing physical and digital files to identify duplicates, outdated records or documents requiring further action.
- Support document archiving, retention and disposal activities based on provided guidelines.
- Maintain a simple tracker to monitor progress and ensure completeness.
- Assist with other administrative and records clean-up activities related to the office relocation
