Sales Engineer Region East

任务/Tasks

• 实施本区域战略销售计划，负责区域市场和客户开发，主导商务谈判及合同条款，确保销售合同的顺利签订 / Implement the regional strategic sales plan, responsible for Region market and customer development, lead business negotiations and contract terms, and ensure the smooth signing of sales contracts
• 维护现有客户良好关系并及时处理客户需求 / Maintain good relationships with existing customers and promptly address customer needs
• 识别产品交叉销售潜力，战略性地增加产品销售的机会并深挖新客户 / Identify the potential for cross-selling potentials, strategically increase opportunities for product sales, and tap into new customers
• 收集市场客户信息并参与制定市场推广方案，根据公司销售推广计划与战略完成公司的销售指标 / Collect market customer information and participate in the development of marketing promotion plans, and achieve the company's sales targets according to the company's sales promotion plan and strategy
• 协调内部资源，确保订单的及时执行 / Coordinate internal resources to ensure timely execution of orders
• 协助完成参与展会并在区域性和全国性的展会中提供支持 / Assist in participating in exhibitions and provide support in regional and national exhibitions
• 按公司合同管理规定，完成从确定销售合同条约到签署的流程执行 / According to the company's contract management regulations, complete the process from determining the sales contract to signing
• 处理客户应收账款 / Handle customer accounts receivable
• 销售流程和工具使用的合规性 / Compliance with sales processes and tool usage
• 各区域间的相互合作 / Mutual cooperation between regions
• 完成上级管理指定的任务 / Complete tasks assigned by line manager

职位要求/ Requirements

• 至少3年以上焊接或相关行业经验，熟悉焊接设备/系统 / Familiar with Welding equipment with more than 3 years’ experience in Welding or its related industries
• 至少3年以上工业设备终端客户的销售经验 / No less than 3 years sales experience in industrial equipment for end customers
• 了解焊接机器人知识为佳 - 有焊装集成经验优先 / Preferred to be familiar with knowledge of welding robot - Preferred the experience with welding equipment integration
• 了解汽车行业客户需求的更佳 / Preferred to be familiar with customer inquiries in automotive field
• 良好的沟通技巧/ Sales/communication technology
• 高度责任意识和客户为中心的态度 / Personal responsibility and customer-oriented attitude
• 团队合作精神 / Teamwork spirit
• 愿意持续接受培训 / Willing to accept continuous training
• 适应本区域出差 / Willingness to travel frequently
