Job Title: Study Setup and Specimen Coordinator
Location: Exton, PA/on-site

Our core competencies include drug metabolism, pharmacokinetics/ pharmacodynamics (PK/PD), safety and toxicology, bioanalytical services, chemistry and manufacturing controls for drug development, and core laboratory services for clinical trials.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
Key responsibilities of the position:
- When a new specimen is received, the Study Setup and Specimen Coordinator needs to
- Process e-Manifest
- Update Specimen Trackers
- Provide update to the clients regarding specimen status
- Work with Specimen Processing (BioA and Central Lab) closely on Sample Management including specimen status, problem reconciliation, as well as generation of related SOPs
- Work with BioA closely on analysis status for studies
- Assist laboratory management and QA specialist with CAPA, Change Control, and other processes
- Trouble Shooting
- Other responsibilities as needed
Requirements:
- Has a High School Diploma or higher
- Experience working with laboratory specimens
- Has excellent communication skills
