Who you are:
As a Consumer Banking Product Supervisor - Training Developer with Frost, you are our customer experience champion. You will lead a team of Customer Experience Analysts and collaborate with stakeholders to analyze the effectiveness of strategies and processes. You will be a leader at heart and are excited to mentor and develop your team. More than that, this role is about providing top-quality service and doing it with integrity, caring, and excellence in mind.
What you’ll do:
- Lead and mentor a team of Consumer Experience Analysts and execute policies and procedures in alignment with the company's strategic objectives
- Partner with stakeholders across the organization to analyze the effectiveness of current product strategies and processes, and develop recommendations for improvement
- Act as the primary point of contact for line of business stakeholders to assign product work deliverables to other team members
- Ensure that internal controls are in place and compliance requirements are met
- Stay informed of industry trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for product enhancements and optimizations
- Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes
What you’ll need:
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience in banking product operations
- 5+ years of consumer banking experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of bank laws and regulations
- Proven ability to lead high-performing teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft computer applications
Additional Preferred Skills:
- Frost Bank retail and consumer banking experience
- Branch management experience
