Key Account Manager

For our Sales Team we are looking for a new Key Account Manager (f/m/d) in Italy for the South (Campania, Molise, Puglia & Basilicata) who starts on a permanent basis at the earliest possible date.

Your tasks: We make the difference together

This is a very demanding position, involving high-pressure negotiations and ambitious growth targets in line with FRoSTA’s strategy for the Italian market.

• In your daily business, you will manage and expand our existing and potential customer base to further strengthen the FRoSTA brand and increase market share in Italy. You will be their primary point of contact and build high-quality, long-term partnerships.
• You will ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions and respond proactively to customer needs, resolving issues such as product availability, orders, or payment matters.
• You will take full ownership of negotiating and defining sales agreements under high pressure in line with our economic targets, as well as supervising the implementation of these agreements across customers.
• Customers will rely on your accurate forecast per SKU, your effective management of P&L targets, and your monitoring and analysis of customer and competitor trends to identify opportunities and risk areas.

Your profile: We like what makes you stand out

• You hold a university degree or high school diploma.
• You live in the assigned area, ideally in the Naples region.
• Strong understanding of the Italian or Central European retail landscape, or the ambition to leverage your experience to design and optimize processes for the Italian market.
• A genuine interest in modern sales, food trends, sustainability, and a strong drive for high performance.
• Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken, is essential to operate effectively within our international FRoSTA KAM Team.
• High commitment, strong ambition to achieve challenging goals, and an analytical mindset.
• Availability to travel.
• Outstanding negotiation skills and a results-driven approach.
