Main target functions: EV-related functions

You will develop specifications for IVI functions and coordinate with related departments and suppliers to realize product integration. Since you will be working collaboratively with overseas departments and suppliers, communication and documentation in English is essential.
Through work such as meetings, specification adjustments, and negotiations with overseas related departments and suppliers, you will improve your practical English skills.

Working Hours
Standard workday: 7 hours and 30 minutes. *Flexible working hours (no core time).
Standard working hours: Start time: 9:00 AM - End time: 5:30 PM, 60-minute break.

Job Requirements

- English skills (business-level communication and documentation)
- Software development experience (any language)

Other Salary Description
Base salary: ¥236,000 - ¥471,000
・Various allowances (not included in the base salary) are as follows:
Commuting allowance: Full payment
Overtime pay: 25% premium
*If the number of hours worked exceeds the statutory working hours per month by 60, the premium rate will be 50%.
Night work allowance: 25% premium
Holiday allowance: 35% premium *Applies to statutory holidays.
