Business Development Executive
FastJobs (part of FastCo) is Southeast Asia’s leading non-executive job platform, connecting blue-collar job seekers with trusted employers in Singapore and Malaysia. As FastJobs accelerates its growth in Singapore, we are looking for a driven, hunter-profile Business Development Executive. This is a high-ownership, remote role based in the Philippines, offering a direct line to the Director of Sales and the chance to shape the company's expansion from the ground up.
Who You Are
- You have 3-5 years of business development experience with a proven track record of hitting targets and managing the full sales cycle independently.
- You ideally have experience in HR tech, job boards, recruitment services, or SaaS.
- You can pitch and present confidently to HR leads, operations heads, and business owners.
- You are comfortable self-sourcing leads, making cold outreach, and operating with high autonomy in a fast-paced, target-driven startup environment.
- You are proficient with CRMs (like HubSpot or Salesforce).
What You'll Do
- Own the full new-business sales cycle in Singapore, focusing on employer acquisition across key non-executive hiring sectors.
- Build a strong pipeline through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and field visits, while also converting warm inbound leads.
- Conduct discovery calls and product demos, solve employer hiring pain points, and negotiate commercial agreements for job postings and featured products.
- Ensure a seamless transition for new employers by onboarding them onto the platform before handing them over to the client success team.
- Maintain precise deal records in the CRM and provide weekly sales forecasts.
