Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer enquiries via email, live chat, and social media regarding trading accounts, account opening, deposits and withdrawals, trading platforms, products, and promotional campaigns.
• Provide customer service and operational support to retail clients, Introducing Brokers (IBs), and the Sales/Business Development team.
• Troubleshoot account and trading platform issues, investigate client concerns, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex cases.
• Maintain accurate customer records and interaction history in CRM systems, and prepare reports when required.
• Assist with translating and updating customer support materials, including FAQs, SOPs, user guides, and trading tutorials.
• Ensure all customer interactions comply with company policies and applicable regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of customer service or customer support experience in fintech, financial services, or a related industry.
• Experience in Forex/CFD brokerage, online trading platforms, is a strong advantage.
• Native or fluent Khmer proficiency and professional written and spoken English.
• Strong customer communication, problem-solving, and complaint-handling skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, customer support tools, or trading platforms such as MT4/MT5 is an advantage.
• Good attention to detail, time management, and the ability to handle multiple enquiries while meeting service-level targets.
• A collaborative mindset and willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends, when required.
