Key Responsibilities
- Ensure data operations and quality, recognizing that good data input leads to valuable insights.
- Track customer usage and utilization, providing support during onboarding and training.
- Deliver first-level technical and functional customer support.
- Assist with customer onboarding, training, and data integration to ensure customer success.
- Develop dashboards and data visualizations for both internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proficiency in SQL and Python for data transformation, cleaning, and preparation.
- Comfortable communicating with new customers, including those who are non-technical or new to the product.
- Strong storytelling skills, with the ability to turn data into clear, commercially actionable insights.
- Suitable backgrounds include Data Analyst, IT Business Analyst, or Customer Success roles within data-driven product companies.
