Senior Product Manager Growth & Retention

What you will do:

-Own end-to-end web and mobile journeys to improve conversion and core usability.
-Build engagement roadmaps featuring gamification, gameplay mechanics, and ecosystem expansion.
-Collaborate cross-functionally with CRM, Design, IT, and Operations to launch key initiatives.
-Lead platform integrations and coordinate directly with third-party tech and design partners.
-Report progress, business recommendations, and product roadmaps clearly to commercial leadership.
Experience you need:
-3 to 5+ years blending growth expertise with strong product design and UX vision.
-Analytical mindset with proven experience interpreting product, campaign, and user data.
-Self-directed operator comfortable working with high autonomy without structured onboarding paths.
-Demonstrated history of execution across digital platforms, web, and mobile ecosystems.
Nice to have / Bonus:
-Background in high-engagement consumer platforms, e-commerce, or digital entertainment verticals.
-Familiarity with gamification models, A/B testing, CRM tools, or practical AI application.
