As a Customer Account Manager at Full Circle, your primary focus is customer support, service improvement, and commercial development to ensure an outstanding customer experience and long-term client satisfaction.
You act as a trusted partner, building strong relationships, understanding customer needs, and ensuring they receive maximum value from our products and services.
In this role, you will serve as the main point of contact, proactively supporting customers, managing internal stakeholders, and identifying opportunities to improve performance and drive commercial development.
What a Day-to-Day look like:
- Manage relations with assigned customer accounts by building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships
- Serve as primary contact for customer queries, issues and/or escalations
- Take the lead in customer meetings and commercial customer discussions
- Identify opportunities for commercial development
- Monitor customer satisfaction and proactively address risks
- Collaborate and support internal teams (business development, operations, control room, engineering)
- Track account performance and report on KPIs (such as customer satisfaction)
Job Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Ability and willingness to travel
- Bachelor’s degree
