What’s on offer?

We are seeking an experienced full-time Operator / Labourer to join our growing Road Stabilisation team, primarily based out of Rutherford, NSW.

This is a hands-on opportunity for someone with civil construction experience who enjoys operating plant, working outdoors and being part of a crew that gets the job done.

You’ll work across a variety of road and infrastructure projects, operating equipment including rollers, skid steers and excavators, while also getting involved in general civil and labouring duties when needed.

If you’re looking for greater variety, the opportunity to build your skills and a long-term career in road construction, we’d like to hear from you.

How you’ll connect to the role

To be successful, you’ll bring:

  • Experience operating rollers, skid steers and/or excavators, with relevant tickets highly regarded
  • Demonstrated experience in civil construction, roadworks or a similar environment
  • A current Construction Induction Card (White Card), with an MR or HR licence desirable
  • The flexibility and willingness to travel and work away from home when required
  • Availability to work overtime, weekends and night shifts depending on project requirements
  • A strong commitment to safety, with a reliable and hardworking approach
  • A positive, team-focused attitude and willingness to assist with general civil and labouring duties

The pre-employment process will include a medical assessment, including drug and alcohol screening.
