Mō te tūranga | About the role

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll guide crews, support performance, and help create a safe, productive work environment.

You’ll be trusted to make good calls on site, back your team, and keep standards high when it counts. If you like practical work, leading people, and getting stuck in without the corporate fluff, this could be a great fit.

  • Proven ability to lead with safety and wellbeing front of mind, ensuring your people return home each day/night.
  • Practical, hands-on approach leading by example, developing your crew, building their capability and confidence.
  • Physical fitness and ability to contribute when required working outdoors in varying conditions.

At Fulton Hogan, Good Work is more than what we deliver. It’s how we show up, how we treat each other, and how we keep moving forward together. We’re not big on ego or red tape, we’re focused on doing the job well. We take the work seriously, not ourselves.

You’ll join a team that backs each other, values ideas over titles, and knows when to have a laugh and when to switch on. We set high standards, support growth, and give people the chance to build a strong career while doing work that matters.
