You will also manage client and subcontractor relationships and provide regular performance reporting to senior management.

What you’ll do?

  • Preparing management plans, including site-specific assessments for inspection and test plan requirements, safe work method statements, and traffic control requirements;
  • Managing the coordination, procurement and tracking of materials essential for project execution;
  • Preparing all necessary permits to complete planned works in accordance with Fulton Hogan policies;
  • Managing internal finance systems, including raising and tracking purchase orders and assisting with incoming invoice requirements;
  • Participating in tender reviews and supporting the Estimating and Tendering Team as needed;
  • Liaising with Site Supervisors to ensure the timely collection of all required information and documentation;
  • Tracking daily costs against prepared budgets to identify issues and report them to the Program/Operations Manager;
  • Providing contractual support to Site Supervisors, including managing variations, extensions of time, and non-conformances;
  • Overseeing safety management, including MSDS, SWMS, and incident reporting.
  • Prepared lot packages and collated relevant information promptly for submission to clients.
