Collection Intern

What you will do:

Collections Operations & Monitoring

• Add and update borrower and guarantor information in Command Center and QuestNet.
• Monitor QuestNet daily alerts, maintain and update POD trackers, and provide timely updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Support the preparation, maintenance and reconciliation of collections data, trackers and operational reports.

Process Improvement & Automation

• Assist in identifying opportunities to streamline or automate repetitive collections processes.
• Support the testing, validation and documentation of new automation workflows, AI tools and process enhancements.
• Assist with maintaining Collections SOPs, process documentation and data quality.

Team Support

• Provide general administrative and operational support to the Collections team.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
• Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and data.
• Good attention to detail with strong organisational skills.
• Willing to learn and able to work independently with guidance.
• Interest or experience in automation, data analytics, AI or productivity tools would be an advantage.
