Field Marketing Manager, ASEAN
We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as our new Field & Partner Marketing Manager, for the region ASEAN, encompassing Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines and Indonesia. In this role you will be overseeing the success of all field-facing demand generation marketing initiatives and events in your region.
A great fit for this role would be a candidate with an energetic, results-oriented mindset and a successful track record of driving pipeline in a fast-paced, high growth company. You will be responsible for partner marketing initiatives, direct field marketing activities, and partnering with global and regional marketing functions to help support your pipeline growth. In this role you will be working in close collaboration with leadership from Field Sales, SDR’s, and Partner Sales teams.
Job Summary:
Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing APJ, you will spearhead the development and execution of integrated marketing plans tailored to our ASEAN market. Your focus will be on driving pipeline growth through targeted demand generation efforts, leveraging data-driven insights and innovative marketing tactics.
Responsibilities:
- Close alignment with company growth objectives and regional sales targets.
- Collaborate with Sales to develop comprehensive demand generation plans, incorporating measurable targets and objectives aligned with corporate goals through strong relationship building and communication skills.
- Design and implement field marketing programs leveraging the full spectrum of marketing, partner marketing, and event marketing, to drive pipeline growth.
- Track lead flow from campaign response through to pipeline generation, and collaborate with. Be outcome obsessed in everything you do.
- Foster strong relationships with sales leadership and frontline teams, serving as a trusted advisor on marketing initiatives and driving alignment between sales and marketing.
- Manage a budget, assess the effectiveness of the various marketing tactics based on business targets, and continually refine and improve activities for greater impact using Salesforce and Tableau.

Requirements:
- 7+ years in a relevant field and partner marketing role within a fast-paced, high-growth technology company.
- Demonstrated expertise in building, executing and analyzing a regional marketing plan.
- Proven track record of building and nurturing relationships with sales management, sales teams and marketing stakeholders, driving collaborative efforts to achieve shared goals.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with a results-driven mindset and a passion for driving data-driven success.
- Ability to communicate the marketing plan to get buy-in and build consensus among cross-functional teams.
- Love the work! Ability to maintain a positive, approachable, and self-starter attitude.
