The Intern will support key commercial functions - AI & Digital Process, Marketing, Financial Product, Operations, Partnerships, and Client Experience - across the full SME lending lifecycle. Scope may shift based on business needs, offering broad cross-functional exposure.

What you will do:

AI & Digital Process

• Identify repetitive manual tasks and propose automation solutions using tools such as ActivePieces, HubSpot, and other low/no-code platforms
• Support design and maintenance of workflow automations across country functions
• Leverage AI tools to improve content production, data analysis, and operational efficiency
• Assist in documenting workflows, SOPs, and change logs to support process improvements

Marketing

• Develop content for website, social media, newsletters, and client outreach
• Execute campaigns: referral programmes, product awareness, client engagement
• Coordinate creative production with internal teams and vendors
• Track KPIs via HubSpot and Google Sheets (lead sources, engagement)

Financial Product

• Conduct market scans, competitor benchmarking, and feature analysis
• Support digital onboarding flows, product docs, and SOP/change-log maintenance
• Prepare product performance dashboards and internal data summaries

General Commercial Support

• Provide ad-hoc support across Operations, Partnerships, and Client Experience as business needs arise
• Coordinate across teams for day-to-day tasks, documentation, and cross-functional initiative

Requirements

What we are looking for:

• Pursuing a diploma or degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Information Systems, or related field
• Comfortable with spreadsheets, basic data tools, and AI productivity tools
• Strong organisational skills with sharp attention to detail
• Clear communicator; able to collaborate across teams
• Proactive, adaptable, and willing to take ownership

What you will learn:

• End-to-end SME lending: acquisition → onboarding → disbursement → servicing
• How fintech lending products are designed, priced, governed, and improved
• Practical experience in marketing operations and customer lifecycle management
• Workflow automation and digital process improvement in a fintech environment
