The Product Sample Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the Product Development team. This position will assist in the fulfillment of sample order requests, ensure the sample room is adequately stocked and manage discounted sales of product to employees.

Your Superpowers in Action

• Support Sample team with shipping, receiving, and distribution of all sample stages.
• Log, organize and maintain all incoming samples for storage in the sample room.
• Maintain accurate sample status within sample tracking system for incoming and outgoing samples.
• Facilitate communication to factories as well as internal teams for in house product and dispatch.
• Create and maintain sales orders for contractually required product.
• Prepare and ship contractually required samples with all accurate paperwork domestically and internationally.
• Work with warehouse staff and flagship store to acquire additional samples as needed for special events or requests.
• Maintains organized and clean workspace and storage areas.
• Assists in the preparation of sales samples and marketing materials for key trade shows and activations.
• Assist Sample team with fulfillment of sample requests for internal and external business partners.
• Follows and enforces strict brand and embargo security regulations for all samples.
• This position reports to Product Development and collaborates with Marketing, Merchandising, Sales and Licensing teams.

Must-Have Superhero Gadgetry

• 1 year of related work experience within an inventory, warehouse, shipping/receiving, or sample room position.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Suite, specifically Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Must be highly organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong and confident communication skills both verbally and written.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve problems as they arise.
• Detail oriented - able to understand and look for small and interrelating tasks.
• Should be comfortable working independently as well as with a team.
• Must maintain and uphold all security and embargo regulations.

Salary Information

The base hourly range for this position in the selected city is $20.77 - $24.52 hourly. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Work Environment

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to move within and between multiple buildings; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms and is regularly required to stand and walk. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Carts and other assistive devices will be available as needed.

This on-site position is based in Everett, WA.
