IT Systemadministrator Microsoft 365 (m/w/d) in Vollzeit

Ihr Aufgabengebiet

  • Bearbeitung von IT-Tickets sowie Analyse und Behebung technischer Störungen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit allen Funkwerk Gesellschaften bei der Betreuung der Microsoft-365-Umgebung
  • Mitarbeit an IT-Projekten, insbesondere bei Tenant-Migrationen und -Fusionen
  • Abstimmung mit internen Fachabteilungen und externen Dienstleistern
  • Pflege technischer Dokumentationen und Unterstützung bei Sicherheitsüberprüfungen

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration, Informatikstudium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung in der Kommunikation und Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachabteilungen und externen Dienstleistern
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft 365, Entra ID und IT-Security; idealerweise auch in Active Directory und Entra Connect
  • Kenntnisse in Atlassian Confluence und Jira
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
