AI Research Part는 이러한 frontier AI 비전을 실현하기 위해 모인 팀입니다. 본 포지션에서는 NPU 관련 경험 여부보다는, 뛰어난 AI 연구 역량과 이를 실제 모델 및 시스템으로 구현하는 능력에 초점을 맞추고 있습니다.
FuriosaAI와 함께 독자 AI 모델 개발 및 frontier AI 연구를 수행하고, 그 성과를 글로벌 AI impact로 연결할 분을 찾습니다.
Research Focus
AI Research Part는 현재 다음 세 가지 연구 축에 집중하고 있습니다.
Coding, tool-use 등 agentic task에 특화된 독자 LLM을 개발합니다.
해외 유수 연구기관과 공동 연구를 수행하며, FuriosaAI의 frontier AI 연구 역량과 글로벌 연구 네트워크를 확장합니다.
추론(rollout)이 큰 비중을 차지하는 LLM RL post-training에서 FuriosaAI의 NPU를 활용하는 것을 목표로, 비동기 RL pipeline을 개발하고 독자 LLM post-training 역량을 확보합니다.
AI Research Part는 현재 LLM 연구에 집중하고 있으며, 합류 후에는 주로 LLM 관련 프로젝트를 수행하게 됩니다. 다만 기존 경험이 LLM 분야에 한정될 필요는 없습니다. Computer Vision을 포함한 다양한 AI 분야에서 우수한 연구·개발 경험을 쌓아오신 분들을 환영합니다.
Minimum Qualifications
AI 관련 분야에서 석사 학위 소지자 또는 이에 준하는 경험이 있으신 분
PyTorch 등 주요 Deep Learning Framework 기반의 AI 기술 개발 경험이 있으신 분
해외 출장에 결격 사유가 없으신 분
Preferred Qualifications
ML / CV / NLP 분야에서 Top-Tier 학회 논문 출판을 주도한 경험이 있으신 분
AI 연구 및 개발 분야에서 박사 학위 혹은 2년 이상 산업 경험이 있으신 분
Coding LLM, tool-use agent 등 agentic AI 관련 연구 또는 개발 경험이 있으신 분
LLM post-training 관련 연구 또는 개발 경험이 있으신 분
AI 관련 오픈소스 프로젝트에 기여한 경험이 있으신 분
해외 기관과 원활한 의사소통이 가능하신 분
