About the Role
Build FuriosaAI's global treasury function as the company enters its next phase of growth. As a core member of FuriosaAI's Finance Team, you will manage the company's liquidity, cash investments, banking relationships, and financial risks - ensuring that capital is protected and efficiently deployed to support our technology roadmap and global expansion.
This role offers the opportunity to build the treasury infrastructure of one of the world's leading AI semiconductor companies as it scales globally toward IPO and beyond. You will work closely with Finance leadership, FP&A, Accounting, and global operations, with increasing responsibility as the company and its international footprint grow.
Key Responsibilities
Manage company-wide liquidity, cash positioning, and cash forecasting in partnership with FP&A
Develop and execute the company's cash investment strategy, balancing capital preservation, liquidity, and returns
Manage global banking relationships, bank accounts, and counterparty exposure
Monitor and manage foreign exchange and other financial risks arising from global operations
Support cross-border cash management, intercompany funding, and financing initiatives, including debt and other non-equity capital
Build treasury policies, controls, reporting, and systems to support global scale and IPO readiness
Qualifications
7-12 years of experience in corporate treasury, transaction banking, or related finance roles
Strong understanding of liquidity management, cash investments, banking, foreign exchange, and financial risk management
Experience managing treasury activities across multiple currencies, entities, and jurisdictions preferred
Strong analytical capabilities with sound financial judgment and attention to risk
Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with senior executives, financial institutions, and external advisors
Experience or strong interest in technology, semiconductors, AI infrastructure, and global financial markets preferred
