Missions
- Créer des expériences client exceptionnelles grâce à un stylisme personnalisé, des recommandations réfléchies et une hospitalité authentique.
- Développer des relations à long terme avec les clients locaux et internationaux pour stimuler les ventes et fidéliser la clientèle.
- Contribuer à la performance de la boutique grâce à des initiatives de clienteling, de CRM et à un état d'esprit axé sur les résultats.
Profil recherché

**Must-have**
* Proven experience in premium retail, fashion, luxury hospitality or another high-end client-facing environment.
* Strong selling skills and a track record of delivering excellent client experiences.
* Confidence in building lasting client relationships and achieving sales targets.
* Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
* A proactive, collaborative mindset and strong attention to detail.
* Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
**Nice-to-have**
* Experience in luxury fashion, technical apparel or premium skiwear.
* Familiarity with clienteling, CRM and retail KPIs.
* Additional languages to connect with our international clientele.
* A genuine passion for skiing, fashion and the Alpine lifestyle.
