Growth & Operations Summer Associate

At FuseAI, we’re redefining how go-to-market teams operate. Our platform leverages AI to eliminate manual work, unify fragmented tools, and help the world’s best sales professionals perform at their peak. As a Growth Associate, you’ll play a key role in driving awareness, acquisition, and engagement initiatives that fuel FuseAI’s expansion.

This role is perfect for someone who is creative, data-driven, and eager to experiment. You’ll have the chance to test growth strategies end-to-end, learn directly from experienced founders, and see the impact of your work in real-time.

What You’ll Do

• Experiment with Growth Initiatives: Launch and test creative campaigns to drive awareness and sign-ups across digital channels, partnerships, and community-led efforts.

• Support Retention & Engagement Programs: Help design and execute initiatives that keep users engaged-ranging from onboarding flows to email campaigns and in-product experiments.

• Community & Content Building: Assist with building FuseAI’s presence across social channels, online communities, and thought leadership content that resonates with our audience.

• Special Projects: Work on unique growth opportunities outside traditional marketing playbooks-new distribution channels, viral loops, or product-led growth experiments.

What We’re Looking For

• Creative & Entrepreneurial Mindset: You love testing new ideas, moving quickly, and learning from the data.

• Strong Communication Skills: Comfortable with writing engaging copy, creating marketing assets, or briefing creative collaborators.

• Analytical & Customer-Centric: You can interpret performance metrics, spot patterns, and connect insights back to the customer experience.

• Hands-On Builder: Excited to roll up your sleeves, operate in a fast-paced startup, and make things happen with limited resources.

• Background: Pursuing a degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field-or equivalent hands-on experience. Prior exposure to startups, marketing, or sales is a plus but not required.
