Senior Frontend Engineer
The Role
We’re looking for a Senior Front End Engineer with deep expertise in Next.js to join our fast-paced, high-impact engineering team. You’ll work directly with our co-founder and CTO, an AI startup veteran with a successful exit, a decade of ML experience, and a Forbes 30 Under 30 recognition. As a core member of our front-end team, you’ll help define the user experience of the next-generation AI-powered sales automation platform while building production-grade software at startup speed.
What You’ll Do
- Architect and build pixel-perfect, performant front-end features using Next.js, React, and TypeScript.
- Collaborate closely with design, backend, and product teams to deliver seamless, high-quality user experiences.
- Implement scalable and reusable UI components, ensuring strong accessibility, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Optimize performance (server-side rendering, caching, dynamic imports, etc.) to deliver lightning-fast user interfaces.
- Experiment with AI-driven front-end experiences, such as agent-driven interfaces and real-time collaboration.
- Contribute to design systems and front-end architecture best practices, raising the bar for engineering excellence.
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years of professional experience in front-end development, with strong proficiency in React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
- Deep understanding of SSR/SSG, API integration, and performance optimization in Next.js.
- Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, or similar).
- Familiarity with frontend tooling (Webpack, Vite, Babel) and testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, React Testing Library).
- Ability to thrive in an ultra-fast-paced startup environment where we ship daily.
- Strong product sense and design intuition; experience working closely with designers.
- Bonus points for experience with:
- AI-driven interfaces or conversational UI patterns
- TailwindCSS, Storybook, or building component libraries
- Sales/GTM tools or enterprise SaaS platforms

About the Interview
Intro Call: 30 minutes with one of our founders to learn more about the role, your experience, and what drives you.
Take-Home Test: A 2-3 hour coding challenge focused on building a complex Next.js UI feature. You’ll then debrief with our CTO to discuss your approach and tradeoffs.
Final Round: A 30-minute technical and behavioral interview with both co-founders.
