Integrate ระบบ Identity & Access Management เช่น AD, LDAP, SAML, OAuth2 และ ACL
สนับสนุนการติดตั้งและบริหารจัดการโซลูชันด้าน Endpoint, Network และ Cloud Security
จัดทำเอกสารทางเทคนิคที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการติดตั้ง Configuration และ Implementation ให้ครบถ้วน
ทำงานร่วมกับทีม Presales, Project Manager, Technical Team และ Customer เพื่อให้การส่งมอบงานเป็นไปตามแผน
ปฏิบัติงาน Onsite และเดินทางไปยังสถานที่ของลูกค้าตามความเหมาะสม

Qualifications

มีประสบการณ์ 3–5 ปี ในสายงาน Cybersecurity, Network Engineering, System Integration หรือ Enterprise IT
มีความรู้ด้าน Computer Network, Enterprise Security และ System Integration
มีความรู้หรือประสบการณ์ด้าน ITSM / IT Service Management โดยเฉพาะการใช้งาน Freshservice / Freshworks
มีความรู้หรือประสบการณ์ด้าน MDM / UEM เช่น Workspace ONE
หากมีประสบการณ์หรือความรู้เกี่ยวกับ Security Products เช่น Netskope, Zscaler และ CrowdStrike จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
มีทักษะด้าน Troubleshooting, Problem Solving และ Technical Analysis
สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษในการทำงานได้ โดยเฉพาะการ เปิด Ticket, ประสานงาน และ Escalate ปัญหากับ Vendor หรือทีมต่างประเทศ
มีทักษะด้านการสื่อสารและการประสานงาน สามารถทำงานร่วมกับทีมภายในและลูกค้าได้ดี
