Future Concerns Nigeria Limited (FCNL), in partnership with NAFFCO, is expanding its team and seeking qualified, experienced, and results-driven professionals to join our growing Fire Protection and Engineering operations in the capacity below:

Job Title: Technical Sales Engineer – Fire Protection

Location: Lagos

The Role

• Engage clients, consultants and contractors to understand their requirements and promote company products and services.
• Carry out site surveys and provide the technical input needed for accurate offers.
• Keep CRM records, lead registers and project documentation accurate and up to date, in line with company document control.
• Prepare offers, follow up, negotiate and close deals; support counter (internal) sales and AMC opportunities.
• Work closely with the Engineering & Estimation team to ensure quotations and submissions are accurate, competitive and on time.
• Source, qualify and manage leads through the full sales pipeline, from first contact to closed sale.

Job Requirements

• B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering.
• 3–5 years' experience in fire-fighting systems (sprinklers, hydrants, fire pumps, fire gas suppression or water mist), design, estimation and/or sales.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence with clients and consultants.
• Proven sales technique: prospecting, presenting, negotiating and closing.
• Working knowledge of NFPA standards and fire protection system components.
• Self-motivated, organized and target-driven.
