Growth Product Manager - B2C SaaS

We are looking for a Growth Product Manager with strong experience in Product-Led Growth (PLG) and SaaS environments. You will drive growth initiatives across the customer lifecycle, optimize conversion funnels, and improve acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization strategies through experimentation and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities

• Drive Product-Led Growth (PLG) initiatives across acquisition, activation, retention, monetization, and expansion
• Optimize onboarding flows, free trials, and subscription conversion funnels
• Analyze user behavior and product performance data to identify growth opportunities
• Run growth experiments and support data-driven product decisions
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams
• Conduct customer research and gather insights to improve user experience and engagement
• Support scalable growth processes and experimentation frameworks

• 5+ years of experience in Growth Product Management or related SaaS product roles
• Strong experience in B2C SaaS or PLG-led B2B SaaS environments
• Deep understanding of self-serve subscription products and SaaS customer journeys
• Strong analytical, experimentation, and problem-solving skills
• Experience optimizing growth funnels and lifecycle metrics
• Comfortable collaborating with technical and engineering teams
• Hands-on, proactive, and execution-oriented mindset
• Fluent English communication skills (C1+)
