Our UX Research team is four people and we are adding a fifth. You would own research end to end on two long-running product accounts, roughly half your time each.
Future Mind is a team of more than 300 people building software products for clients such as Żabka, Biedronka, Pepco, Superpharm, HEBE, LPP (Sinsay, Reserved) and many others.
What the job is
running research end to end: scoping with the client, choosing the method, briefing recruitment, fieldwork, analysis, delivery
sitting with clients to work out what business decision the research has to serve, and saying so when research is not the answer
moderated and unmoderated usability testing, in-depth interviews, workshops, desk research and benchmarking
turning findings into something a product team acts on
working on how we run research: our templates, AI-assisted analysis, our own Claude-based tooling
What we need
3+ years in UX, CX or product research, on projects you owned rather than supported
the judgement to match a method to a problem, and to defend that choice to a client
readiness to run sessions on site and travel when the project needs it
Polish at native level, English good enough to moderate a session and write a report
working with AI in the research process, or a clear willingness to. We automate parts of analysis and reporting and everyone on the team uses it
estimating your own work and flagging early when it will not fit
What you get
your projects are yours. Four researchers, no layer of people between you and the client
short cycles, two to four weeks, several clients a year rather than one product for two years. Between projects you work on our methodology and tooling
a rate reviewed regularly, as your skills and results grow
a structured development path with support from experienced researchers
a budget for conferences and courses, and we speak at them: UX Research Confetti, Design Ways
truly flexible working hours
fully paid private healthcare, sports membership, mental health support, language courses
a laptop of your choice and a second monitor
frequent team and company retreats, RPG sessions, chess tournaments, annual sailing trips to Masurian Lakes, holiday events, and more.
