Senior System Analyst - Integration

As a Senior System Analystyou will join the team responsible for the core trading platform powering FxPro's CFD and Invest products.

We are looking for someone who is equally comfortable working with business stakeholders to understand product needs and collaborating with engineering teams to design scalable technical solutions. Success in this role requires hands-on experience analyzing backend systems, understanding complex system interactions, and designing integrations across distributed services.

You will collaborate closely with Product, Operations, Marketing, Platform Administration, Engineering, QA, and Architecture teams to define requirements, analyse platform behaviour, identify system dependencies, and support solution delivery from discovery through production.

Responsibilities

• Own business and system analysis activities throughout the full feature lifecycle, from discovery to delivery
• Gather, analyse, validate, and document business and system requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical constraints
• Work across both client-facing products and internal administration tools, delivering analysis for a wide range of platform initiatives
• Collect and analyze requirements from stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical constraints
• Translate business requirements into clear, actionable documentation, including User Stories, Use Cases, UML, BPMN, and Sequence Diagrams.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements
• Design and propose technical solutions that align with FxPro's business objectives and technology strategy
• Work closely with development teams to oversee the implementation of system solutions
• Ensure seamless integration of new systems with existing infrastructure and platforms

Requirements

• 3+ years experience as a System Analyst
• Expertise in analyzing and documenting requirements for backend services
• Experienced in creating detailed system specifications, wireframes, diagrams, and flowcharts
• Proficient in creating comprehensive technical documentation
• Proficient in system architecture
• Experience with various API types and their specifics third-party API integration
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Strong collaboration and teamwork abilities
• Analytical thinking skills
• Adaptability to changing business needs
• Fluent in English (B2+)

Nice to have

• Background in fintech, with an emphasis on CFD trading
• Experience working with client-facing trading platforms, internal administration tools, or operational back-office systems
• SQL / data skills
• Experience with CI/CD processes and their role in software development
• Proficiency in Russian language
