Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Workday Recruiting & Onboarding Consultant to design, configure, and optimize our global talent acquisition and new-hire pipelines. The ideal candidate will translate complex sourcing lifecycles, candidate tracking stages, external career site matrices, and international onboarding compliance checklists into highly automated, seamless enterprise experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and manage the end-to-end Workday Recruiting infrastructure, establishing job requisition layouts, candidate pools, dynamic application stages, and custom offer generation logic.
• Design and maintain external and internal career sites, setting up site branding configurations, job posting rules, candidate account flows, and parsing engines.
• Orchestrate global Onboarding frameworks, constructing pre-hire records, new-hire task dashboards, electronic signature steps, and regulatory document verification flows.
• Build complex Business Process (BP) rules for talent acquisition, configuring cross-functional approval loops for compensation packages, background checks, and offer approvals.
• Govern security and access protocols, setting up intersection security permissions, candidate privacy controls, and recruiter profile assignments across distinct operating regions.
• Support external system connections, collaborating with integration teams to tie Workday with digital job boards, candidate assessment vendors, and external background check providers.
• Lead feature validation for semi-annual platform updates, running regression tests in sandboxes, auditing dynamic validation rules, and conducting administrative training sessions.

Requirements

• 4 to 8 years of core recruitment or HR technology experience, with 4+ dedicated years actively designing, building, and maintaining Workday Recruiting or Onboarding solutions.
• Strong technical mastery of Workday Business Process Builder, conditional offer rules, pre-hire conversion steps, and multi-realm career site administration.
• Deep structural understanding of global talent acquisition cycles, international data protection laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), and automated candidate screening parameters.
• Mandatory certification: Workday Certified Recruiting OR Workday Certified Onboarding.

Preferred Qualifications

• Workday Certified Core HCM certification.
• Prior experience implementing Workday Talent Optimization or managing bulk-hiring pipeline data models for global enterprise workforces.
