Overview:

As Senior Manager - Partnerships at Inception, you will lead the charged in building long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships within the AI-powered digital transformation technology ecosystem. You will drive growth by identifying, securing, and managing key strategic alliances that optimize the market reach of our AI-driven solutions. As the bridge between our next-generation AI capabilities and tech clients, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our footprint in an industry that is redefining the possibilities of human progress.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a strategic plan for partnerships, identifying, evaluating, and negotiating with technology companies, academic institutions, research centers, and industry leaders.
• Build relationships with key partners to create mutually beneficial collaborations that drive innovation and revenue.

• Work closely with internal AI research and development teams to align partnerships with Inception’s product roadmaps and technological progress.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Sales, Marketing, and Engineering teams to ensure that partnerships deliver maximum value to the organization in line with larger business objectives.
• Work closely with the Director - Commercial, to integrate partnership initiatives into the broader commercial strategy.
• Serve as a single point of contact for partnership activities, ensuring alignment across functions and departments.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of key partnerships, ensuring that objectives are met in line with business goals.
• Conduct joint planning sessions with partners to define and evaluate project milestones, KPIs, and areas of focus.
• Negotiate with potential partners, ensuring favorable terms that align with Inception’s strategic goals, and ensuring compliance with legal, financial, and operational requirements.
• Develop strategies to leverage partnerships for new product development, customer acquisition, and market differentiation.
• Work with Sales teams to ensure that partnerships contribute to revenue generation and customer success.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• A minimum of 10+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or a related role within the technology or AI sectors.
• Strong background in managing partnerships with technology companies, universities, or research institutions.
• A proven track record of securing and managing high-value partnerships that drive innovation and revenue growth.
