Your charge is to review our existing system, propose enhancements and changes, if needed, and lead the continuous improvement of the significant part of a new employee’s experience at GAI.

Your role includes coordinating critical hiring and onboarding activities, facilitating new-hire orientation, building trusted relationships across the organization, and improving the systems and processes that welcome and support employees.

  • Ensure compliance. Manage the Form I-9 lifecycle for onsite and remote employees.
  • Drive continuous improvement. Use feedback to improve HR systems, tools, and processes.
  • Protect employee information. Maintain accurate and confidential personnel records.
