岗位要求：

1.负责研发多模态3D人体Tracking与生成模型，包括姿态泛化及人物动作细节优化。

2.构建多模态3D人体Tracking与生成的端到端pipeline，完成从数据处理、算法迭代到系统部署的全流程优化。

3.实现基于人物视频、语音、文本等多模态条件的3D人体生成。

4.独立验证算法方案，通过实际测试确保模型在虚拟人及具身智能场景中的稳定性。

5.与工程和产品团队紧密协作，推动技术从实验到落地的高效转化。

岗位要求：

1.硕士及以上学历，计算机、人工智能、图形学或相关专业背景。

2.精通3D人体Tracking与生成技术（SMPL/SMPL-X）。

3.熟悉ViT，Diffusion框架。

4.熟练使用PyTorch、PyTorch3D及3D工具（如Unity，Blender），具备扎实的Python/C++编程能力。

5.有具身智能、机器人仿真（Isaac Gym）或顶会论文（CVPR/ICCV/SIGGRAPH）经验者优先。

6.逻辑清晰，能快速学习新技术，对3D生成与智能体交互有强烈热情。
