En UCIMED requerimos contratar Asistente de Proyectos

Objetivo del puesto

Dar seguimiento administrativo y técnico a los proyectos de infraestructura: atender proveedores y oferentes, preparar cotizaciones y presupuestos preliminares, y mantener al día la documentación de diseño y colaboración de seguimiento junto con el asistente financiero de subcontratos de los proyectos en ejecución.

Algunas de sus principales funciones

  • Atender a oferentes y proveedores, explicando el alcance de cada proyecto.
  • Elaborar cotizaciones y presupuestos preliminares.
  • Documentar los diseños internos de los proyectos.
  • Coordinar directamente con Supervisión de Mantenimiento y Construcción para alinear la obra nueva con el mantenimiento del día a día.

Requisitos académicos

  • Estudiante avanzado de Arquitectura, Ingeniería en Construcción o Ingeniería Civil con énfasis en construcción; o profesional recién graduado(a) en alguna de estas carreras.
  • No se requiere estar incorporado(a) al Colegio Federado de Ingenieros y Arquitectos.
  • Conocimientos básicos de lectura de planos y presupuestos de obra.
  • Manejo de herramientas de Microsoft office (Excel, Word) y Autodesk AutoCAD y Revit.
  • Se valora experiencia previa en prácticas profesionales o pasantías en construcción o arquitectura.
