Partnerships Operations Lead

At Game Lounge, we partner with established media brands to build and grow casino and betting affiliate products. Our partners bring the audience; we bring the expertise to turn it into a successful affiliate business.

As our media partnerships expand beyond Sweden, we're looking for a Partnerships Operations Lead to manage and grow our existing partner sites while bringing new partnerships from first conversation to launch.

This is a hands-on role combining business development, affiliate operations, and performance optimisation. You'll work closely with partners and internal teams to turn opportunities into results.

What you'll do

• Develop partnerships: Build a pipeline of media partners, lead outreach and pitches, and assess prospects based on audience, traffic, commercial fit, technical setup, and compliance to support go/no-go decisions.
• Launch new partners: Own the journey from signed agreement to go-live, coordinating site setup, structure, content, operator offers, and tracking.
• Manage and grow partner sites: Run day-to-day operations in WordPress and partner platforms, brief developers on technical changes, and improve traffic and conversions through SEO, page structure, content, and offers.
• Drive delivery and collaboration: Turn partnership plans into weekly priorities, coordinate SEO, content, design, product, and tech teams, and act as the main day-to-day contact for media partners.
• Own reporting and compliance: Set up and validate tracking, prepare performance reports and partner reviews, and ensure published content meets quality standards, local gambling regulations, and responsible gambling requirements.
• Ensure editorial and AI quality: Review AI-generated or modified content for accuracy, quality, and suitability before publication. Ensure required disclosures and records are maintained, work with legal, compliance, and tech teams on AI transparency measures, stay current with relevant regulations and policies, and promote responsible AI use in editorial workflows.

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of experience in iGaming affiliation or digital media, covering partnerships, business development, or site operations.
• Strong affiliate knowledge, including operators, offers, tracking, conversion optimisation, and affiliate revenue models.
• Hands-on WordPress experience, including page creation, themes, plugins, and web platforms. Multisite experience is a plus.
• Business development skills, from prospecting and pitching to managing partnerships through launch.
• SEO and analytics knowledge, including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console.
• Strong execution and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple teams, manage priorities, and communicate confidently in fluent English.
• Practical AI experience, using AI tools daily and building or improving simple AI-assisted workflows.

Nice to have

• Experience working with media or publisher partners.
• Basic HTML/CSS and experience with page builders.
• Knowledge of gambling advertising and compliance regulations.
• Additional European languages.

What success looks like

In your first 90 days, you'll take ownership of day-to-day partner operations, build a qualified prospect pipeline, deliver your first site improvements, lead a launch or major update, and introduce an AI-assisted workflow that improves efficiency.

Longer term, success means a strong partnership pipeline, on-time launches, growing traffic and conversions against KPIs, reliable tracking, compliant content, consistent delivery, and measurable time savings through smarter workflows.
