Roles & Responsibilities
- We are looking for a strong Senior Product Manager to help scale Clubs from $28M to $100M in ARR.
- Clubs is a live, social product built inside Ludo Star and our other games. It brings people together through live voice, gifting, progression and competition. It is already at ~$28M ARR and growing profitably.
- As we expand into new titles, Clubs is becoming the monetization engine across our games. This is a high ownership role where you take a core pillar and push it to the next level.
As a Senior Product Manager on the Clubs team, you will:
- Get up to speed on the social product fast. Clubs has a lot of moving parts, and we want someone who climbs the learning curve quickly and starts making calls early.
- Own a quarterly pillar end to end. It could be a target metric, a new feature area, or launching Clubs inside a new game. You run it and you are accountable for the outcome.
- Analyze user data, player behavior, and market trends to identify problems and opportunities for feature enhancements, and new feature development.
- Possess deep product expertise, first principles thinking and understanding core user motivations to shape the solutions.
- Balance monetization, engagement, and long term retention with good judgement.
- Live in the data. Spot trends, pull out insights, and turn them into clear next steps.
- Excellent communication skills with proven ability to convey complex messages clearly and with conviction to different stakeholders.
- Work closely with design, engineering, and analytics to influence decision making and ship right features.
- Keep an eye on players, competitors, and where the market is heading so you catch gaps and openings early.
Requirements
- 5 to 8 years in Product Management on a B2C consumer product.
- Comfortable with first principles thinking and structured problem solving
- Very strong with data. You can dig into it, find the signal, and decide what to do next.
- Good at working across teams and keeping stakeholders aligned.
- Able to own a large area on your own and drive it to a clear result.
Bonus:
- Experience in social, gaming, or entertainment products.
