Lead Software Engineer - Eqlipse Digital

As a Lead Engineer, you will combine deep technical expertise with critical thinking to identify transformative opportunities, architect and build robust solutions, and shepherd them through to production.You will partner closely with senior engineers, architects, business analysts, product leaders, and customers across Nasdaq to deliver measurable improvements in how we develop, test, and deliver our Digital Asset Tokenisaton Platform.

Besides working closely with your colleagues in Bangaluru, you will also work closely with Nasdaq teams in other countries.

Your role and responsibilities:

As a Lead Engineer, your focus will be developing and implementing software solutions. Besides working closely with your colleagues inBengaluru, you will also work closely with Nasdaq teams in other countries.

Strategic Teamwork - Partner with development, QA, product management, and business teams across Nasdaq to translate complex requirements into actionable, high-impact technical solutions.

We drive continuous improvement - Stay at the cutting edge of emerging AI/ML technologies, tools, and standard processes; champion a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement within the team.

An opportunity to mentorship & capability Uplift - Act as a senior technical leader, sharing AI and automation expertise across the wider team and contributing to the professional development of colleagues.

Stakeholder Communication - Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes clearly to both technical and non-technical customers, including senior leadership.

Capital Market domain experience will be beneficial for the role.

We expect you to have:

• Experience Level 9-12 years
• Primary Skills : Core Java,Spring Boot,AWS Cloud Infrastructure, Kubernetes,Docker, Blockchain,AI tools. (GithubCopilot, Claud)
• Soft Skills: Cross-Domain Problem Solving - Rapidly contextualize and operate across business domains to tailor AI and automation solutions that deliver real business value. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to independently drive initiatives, manage competing priorities, and deliver results with minimal direction while mentoring others
• Proven track record of building production-grade automation pipelines, CI/CD workflows, and developer tooling at scale
• Education Qualification: BE with Computer Science
