Senior Backend Engineer

We are looking for a Backend Engineer with 3-7 years of experience who is passionate about building scalable systems, designing robust APIs, and working on high-performance backend architectures. You will play a key role in shaping the core platform that powers our AI products.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs.
• Build robust, secure, and high-performance systems.
• Collaborate with frontend, data, and ML teams to integrate AI-driven features.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
• Participate in system design, architecture discussions, and code reviews.
• Debug and resolve production issues, ensuring system reliability.

Requirements:

• 3-7 years of experience in backend development.
• Strong proficiency in one or more languages: Python, Java, Go, or Node.js .
• Experience with frameworks like Django, Spring Boot, Express, or FastAPI.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and distributed systems.
• Experience with databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or Redis.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design.

Good to Have:

• Experience working with AI/ML-based systems or data pipelines.
• Knowledge of event-driven architecture (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc. ).
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Experience in high-growth startups.
