At Cimba.ai, we're looking for an AI Solution Engineer to bridge the gap between business problems and AI-powered solutions. If you enjoy working at the intersection of business, data, and AI, this role is for you.
Responsibilities:
- Understand customer workflows and identify AI-driven opportunities.
- Translate business needs into clear problem statements and success metrics.
- Collaborate with AI/engineering teams to design feasible solutions.
- Analyse data, validate hypotheses, and measure solution impact.
- Support pilots, POCs, and production deployments.
- Create solution docs, briefs, and stakeholder presentations.
- Act as the link between business teams and technical teams.
The core requirements for the job include the following:
Experience:
- Exposure to real-world analytics/AI/data projects.
- Experience in B2B or client-facing environments.
Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Comfortable with SQL / Excel / Python (preferred).
- Basic understanding of AI/ML workflows.
- Ability to interpret model outputs into business insights.
Foundations:
- Understanding of the AI/ML lifecycle (build, deploy, evaluate).
- Familiarity with APIs, data pipelines, or integrations (plus).
Mindset:
- Ownership-driven and detail-oriented.
- Ability to break down ambiguous problems.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management.
